Web3D 2020 will address an extensive range of research topics related to web-based 3D graphics.
The goal of the conference is to share innovative and creative ideas that develop interactive 3D content in a wide range of web environments, including virtual and augmented reality (VR & AR) and 3D printing.
Authors are invited to submit full papers (up to 9 pages, including figures and references) or short papers (up to 4 pages, including figures and references) in PDF format via the Submission Site: WEB3D 2020 conference submissions
Papers must be formatted using the document templates for conferences sponsored by ACM SIGGRAPH (see http://www.siggraph.org/learn/instructions-authors).
All submissions will be peer-reviewed for quality by the conference’s International Program Committee, and the proceedings will be will be included in ACM Digital Library and submitted for indexing in Thomson Reuters/ISI Web of Science, DBLP and Scopus. Authors of the best conference papers will be invited to submit extended versions for publication in a forthcoming special issue of Graphical Models, after an additional review cycle.
We welcome works describing emerging opportunities, novel research, and innovative applications that employ the Web3D Consortium’s royalty-free ISO open standard – X3D – as well as other WebGL-enabled frameworks, including Unreal, Unity, OpenSceneGraph (OSG.js), SceneJS, three.js, etc
